When used outdoors a high oil content and a very dense grain which both occur naturally in teak will offer natural protection against the elements all year round reducing the likelihood of both cracking or splitting. These qualities also help reduce the likelihood of fungal or insect attacks. The sense dining chairs the frames are made from the same quality powder coated aluminium as the table. The legs have tough caps on the bottom for added protection. The cushions on the seat and backrests are built for comfort with angled backs and a soft, quick dry foam making them perfect for use all year round. The fabrics are designed to be kept in place all year round. They are not waterproof but use an innovative design which allows water to pass straight through, rather than being retained inside of the cushion. The fabrics are textilene which is unrivalled for strength and beauty and is made of pvc coated woven polyester non stretch yarn.
