'.strtoupper('i')n 1987, 500 bottles of this 1937 vintage were made, all of which were sold by the then unknown distillery to pioneering whisky retailers john and wallace milroy, who had a close relationship with owners william grant, and at the time were among the only people who had seen the potential of single malt whisky as a luxury product.
