Our range of ladies fancy dress costumes include 1920s, medieval, golden oldies, sci-fi and fantasy costumes not forgetting hen and stag nights.
Kids just love dressing up and from babies and toddlers to juniors and teens we have a range of fancy dress costumes that would keep any little princess or prince happy including Disney costumes, angels, fairies and pirates to storybook characters to cowboys and Indians. We also have a range of costumes for pets.

About Angels Fancy Dress
Officially, the company began in 1840 when Morris Angel founded the limited company that we know today (although roots of our company go much further back!). Morris started dealing in second-hand clothing and tailors samples from Saville Row. The shop became popular with actors, who at that time had to purchase their own costume for performances. Eventually the actors began to request the loan of costumes for the length of the play and this is where costume rental was born. Angels Fancy Dress is still based in our old shop in Shaftesbury Avenue.
Angels is not just a trading name for the business, it remains a family company, still under the ownership of the Angel family with the 5th generation running the company and three members of the 6th generation also working in the company. The standard of our hire costumes far exceed the usual fancy dress costume range, in quality and breadth of choice. Our costumiers are available to assist with selection or give inspiration! Working so closely with the film and TV industry you never know who you may bump into, we have costumed Shakespeare In Love, Titanic, Heartbeat and Dr Who. The same dressmakers and tailors that make costumes for Film and TV also make our Fancy Dress hire costumes.
Customer Service at Angels Fancy Dress
Economy is a 3-5 day service (not tracked) for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday. Standard is a 3-day service (guaranteed and tracked) for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Free delivery for UK orders over a minimum amount (see website for amount). Premium next day service (guaranteed and tracked). Your order is posted the same day you place your order as long as it is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Friday orders received before 2pm will be processed and posted same day but may not arrive until Monday (for orders to Northern Ireland please allow an additional 24hours to deliver) All services are based on working days. Weekends, Bank Holidays and other closed days are not counted
You may return any purchase to us made over the web to us subject to the following: Items must be returned unused, with all original packing material within 7 working days of purchase. Items must be unused and in a saleable condition. Items such as wigs, makeup, teeth or underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided.
