The Product Range at Frugi
Our quality organic baby and toddler range have been designed to fit those children whose parents have chosen to use cloth nappies as to disposable nappies and therefore require a slightly larger size to fit around the larger nappy. As you can see from the clothes we design we are in love with organic cotton which is not only softer but has no nasty chemicals so is less likely to trigger allergies.
The baby and toddler organic range of clothing is available for both boys and girls aged 0 to 3 years and designed with a wide selection of vibrant colours in mind from pinks, reds, blues, yellows, greens and orange to natural. Over the years our range of organic clothing has extended to include boys and girls up to the age of 10 years incorporating the same vibrant colours with attractive patterns and great Frugi characters.
Our baby and toddler 0 to 3 year ranges includes babygrows, rompers, bodies, tops and t-shirts, dresses, trousers and shorts, dungarees, hoodies and fleeces, cardigans, outfits, leggings, cloth nappies plus a range of clothing accessories that include socks, bibs, hats, super soft swaddle covers. Our kids 3 to 10 year ranges includes tops and t-shirts, shirts, dresses and skirts, trousers and shorts, dungarees, hoodies and fleeces, cardigans, leggings, pyjamas and underwear.
About Frugi
The business was started by husband and wife team Kurt and Lucy in 2004 after their first child was born. They decided to use cloth nappies but discovered it was not easy to buy suitable clothing that would fit over the larger cloth nappies, so they decided to make their own baby clothes and sell to other people experiencing the same problem. The business was born and named Cut4Cloth.
In 2008 with the range expanding in age range they decided to have a bit of a facelift and changed the brand name to 'Frugi'; which means 'fruits of the earth' in Latin.

Frugi clothes are all certified organic by GOTS and the Soil Association. The strict processes built into these organisations mean that when you are buying products with these stamps on you are not just buying organic, you are buying ethical. These credentials show that we don't use child labour and that all of our workers have rights, work in a safe environment, and are guaranteed minimum wages.
