Customer Service at Suit Direct
We offer a standard delivery service 2-3 working days, next day delivery service and a free delivery service with every suit that meets out minimum threshold, (please visit website for further details).
Customers may return items for whatever reason so long as it is within 28 days from receipt of their order. The item may be returned as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. Internet purchases will need to be returned by post using either our Royal Mail or Collect+ services both of which are free for UK customers.
